Bio:

Dr. Osborne grew up in Massachusetts. She then went to Emory University where she majored in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology. While in college, she became an EMT and served as an active member and leader of the campus EMS unit. This is where her love of emergency medicine started. After college, she moved to Philadelphia where she worked for two years as an emergency department tech full-time and EMT part-time. Dr. Osborne attended Jefferson Medical College where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She completed her residency in Emergency Medicine at Christiana Care Health System. In 2012 she initially joined DFES part-time while working full-time in a community hospital in Southern New Jersey. The family feel of DFES and the variety of sites and patient populations drew her back full-time in 2013 and she has been with DFES ever since. Dr. Osborne has taken a special interest in group cohesiveness and the work experience. She serves as the group’s Patient and Provider Experience Liaison. This role has allowed her to help maintain the family feel of DFES and work closely with hospital staff to improve our relationship with our coworkers and patients.

When not at work, Dr. Osborne enjoys spending time with her husband, who is also a DFES physician, and two daughters. She also enjoys cooking, playing and coaching field hockey and a good glass of wine.
