Creation of functional and effective feedback systems, novel curricular development particularly around the hidden curriculum in EM, furthering competency based medical education, and faculty development.
(feel free to edit... this is my grand rounds bio) Dr. Jenna Fredette completed her medical school education at SUNY Buffalo and did her Emergency Medicine Residency at the University of Pennsylvania where she was a chief resident. She is currently the EM Program Director and Medical Education Fellowship Director at Christiana Care Health System. Through her work in medical education she has developed a strong competency-based residency curriculum that has its foundations in individual assessment and a culture of coaching. She has rambunctious twins, an unruly dog, and a non-medical spouse. She is always up to cook with anyone willing share the kitchen or a family recipe.
