Andrew Duckworth

Andrew was born in Chester,PA and raised in Glen Mills, PA.  He attended high school at Salesianum High School, Wilmington, DE.  He completed his undergraduate education at Lyndon State College, Vermont.  Andrew attended and graduated from the Crozer Chester Paramedic program in Chester, PA.  He worked fulltime as a Paramedic for Crozer Chester Medical Center Paramedic Unit for 6 years before deciding to become a PA.  Andrew attended and graduated in 1997 from the Hahnemann University Physician Assistant program, Philadelphia, PA.   Andrew has worked as a PA in Emergency Medicine since 1997.  He has worked with two other emergency medicine physician groups prior to coming to DFES.  He worked for Wachucettes Emergency Physicians, Leominster, Massachusetts.  He also worked for DMES in Elkton, Maryland.  Andrew has completed additional accreditation in Emergency Medicine by the NCCPA.  Andrew also served for 5 years as a flight paramedic for the LifeNet MedEvac program, Christiana, Delaware.  Andrew has lectured in Emergency Medicine at the Arcadia University PA program in addition to the Drexel University PA program.
