Jenna Fredette, MD
Program Director
Dr. Fredette is originally from Rochester NY. She completed her Bachelors of Chemical Engineering at Villanova University and remains an avid Wildcat supporter today. She then went back to upstate NY to attend medical school at SUNY at Buffalo. After graduating she completed her residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. She stayed in the area and joined DFES in 2010. In 2012 she became the Associate Program Director for the Emergency Medicine Residency Program and the co-Director of the Medical Education Fellowship. Her educational interests include faculty development, curriculum development, and the creation of novel learning methods. Dr. Fredette feels fortunate to be part of DFES and Christiana Care because of its unique standing as a private group that is dedicated to training some of the best residents in the country. In her downtime you can find her with her husband, twins, and dog trying to keep home less chaotic than the Emergency Department.
